Do you ship worldwide?

No, at the moment we only ship in Switzerland.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Saanen(Switzerland).

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be declined.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales season. We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.

How long will it take until I receive my order?


Due to high demand, it can take between 4-7 days for your order to arrive.

What happens if I don't receive my order?


If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

How can I return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@minoifit.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Hindergässli 23, 3792 Saanen, Switzerland.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if the item(s) I have received are faulty/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. Please include photos of the item(s) and any accompanying notes when you receive your parcel. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise or cancelation. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, proceed as follows: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
